Trip highlight
Helicopter flight over the Alps

Sunset. Peaks, valleys, and turquoise lakes of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One flight — and the entire Dolomites unfold beneath you.
Accommodation

For the first three nights, we will stay in a historic Alpine residence surrounded by 9 hectares of private forest at the foot of Monte Antelao, one of the most majestic peaks in the Dolomites. For nearly a century, it has welcomed travelers, including Guglielmo Marconi, Gabriele D’Annunzio, and members of the Italian royal family. Today, it combines the charm of a historic mountain hotel with a modern spa, panoramic terraces, and authentic cuisine from the Cadore region.

In the second half of the journey, we will move to Alpe di Siusi, the largest high-altitude alpine plateau in Europe, at an elevation of nearly 1,900 meters. For more than 90 years, this has been a destination for those seeking the true Alps: sunrises above the peaks, complete silence, crisp mountain air, and the feeling that time slows down. It is also the starting point of some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the Dolomites. A panoramic pool, a spa overlooking the mountains, contemporary architecture, and cuisine inspired by local ingredients make this one of the most atmospheric places in the entire Dolomites.
*Two completely different hotels, each with its own history, atmosphere, and breathtaking views. We selected them with the same care as every route in this journey. Double occupancy throughout the trip.
The Taste of South Tyrol

Food is a journey of its own. And we experience it from start to finish: from mountain refugios along the trails to fine dining.
Lunches in mountain huts reached on foot — hot soup, canederli, local cheese at 2,000 metres above sea level. Family-run farms where recipes have remained unchanged for generations. Local dairies where you know the name of the person who made your cheese.
Venison cooked over an open fire. Handmade pasta. And one evening of fine dining — on the top of a mountain, in a glass space above the cliffs, where local ingredients become art.
Every place on the route is personally selected — for its taste, character, and story. From family mountain farms with their own production to Michelin-level restaurants. Ladin cuisine, open-fire meats, fresh trout from mountain lakes, homemade canederli, and local wines of South Tyrol.

Why the Dolomites?
Where the rocks touch the sky…

Dolomites — a place where nature looks as if it was created by artists. Emerald lakes, the silence of the mountains, and pure alpine air.
At sunrise and sunset, the grey peaks ignite with shades of pink — only for a few minutes, every day. Locals call this phenomenon Enrosadira.
And yes, this is Italy — so in the evenings, a cuisine awaits you that alone is worth the journey.
