These terms govern the use of the website iwannaseemore.com and the booking of trips organized by SEE MORE TRIPS (hereinafter — “we”, “our service”, “SEE MORE”).
By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Website
You may browse our website, share content, and book trips strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
Copying, distributing, or reproducing materials from this website without written permission from SEE MORE TRIPS is prohibited.
2. Booking
- A booking is confirmed only after the deposit or full payment (depending on the trip) is received.
- Upon confirmation, you will receive a complete information package: itinerary details, participation conditions, and your trip coordinator’s contacts.
- All participants must provide accurate personal information and travel documents.
- SEE MORE reserves the right to refuse a booking without explanation in cases of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
3. Payment
- Payments are accepted in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or another currency agreed upon.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure payment platforms.
- All bank and transfer fees are covered by the participant.
We offer flexible payment options — choose the one that works best for you:
Option 1
If payment is made no later than 120 days before the start of the trip, it can be split into three installments.
The initial payment is 30% of the total cost and is required to confirm the booking.
Option 2
Payment in two installments: 50% of the cost to confirm the booking and 50% — 90 days before the start of the trip.
Option 3
Full payment of the total cost is made in a single installment at the time of booking.
Travel Disclaimer
SEE MORE TRIPS organizes travel experiences with attention to safety.
However, participation is at your own risk, and by joining the trip, you acknowledge:
- We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of property, illness, or delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances.
- All participants must follow the instructions of guides, coordinators, and local partners.
- We strongly recommend having valid travel insurance covering medical incidents, adventure activities, and emergency evacuation.
- Routes and activities may be adjusted for safety or weather conditions without prior notice.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Below are our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Cancellation by Participant
- If cancellation is made more than 90 days before the trip start date — 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
- If cancellation is made less than 90 days before the trip — no refund is provided, as most expenses have already been incurred.
Refunds are processed within 30 days from the written request date.
A participant may transfer their spot to another person upon agreement with SEE MORE TRIPS.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
If the trip is canceled by SEE MORE TRIPS (due to force majeure, border restrictions, unsafe conditions, etc.), participants will be offered:
- Full refund, or
- Rescheduling to other dates/destination.
If part of the itinerary must be modified due to safety or weather conditions, and the core program is completed, refunds are not provided.
3. Force Majeure
SEE MORE TRIPS is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by:
- natural disasters, extreme weather, wildfires
- political events, strikes, war, or pandemics
- third-party actions or any circumstances beyond our control
