Accommodation

A historic estate dating back to 1840 — the heart of Madeira’s traditions. Stone walls, the scent of wood, paintings and antiques in every room. Six rooms — six unique stories.
Every morning, Mrs. Berta prepares a generous homemade breakfast in the spacious dining room. Fresh flowers, antique tableware, a large communal table — these breakfasts have become our tradition before another day of discovery. A pool overlooking the hills, a sauna, massages — everything you need to slow down and feel the island’s calm.
Surrounded by greenery, camellias, and complete silence. This is not a hotel — it’s our home. Read your favorite book under the trees, sit with a glass of wine, and listen to the evening fall. Simple luxury.

The first evening is a festive dinner in the garden. A long table, wine, introductions. This is how our journey begins.

The taste of the island
Food is a journey of its own. And we experience it from start to finish: from a homely table to fine dining.
On the first evening, we gather in the garden — local dishes prepared just for us, a long table, first conversations. This is how it all begins.
Then — mountain taverns where meat is cooked over an open fire. Family-run places where recipes have remained unchanged for generations. Ocean-view terraces where dinner lasts until the sun disappears into the sea.
Poncha in an authentic tavern. Fresh fish straight from the ocean. And one evening of fine dining — an author chef, seafood, and flavors that stay with you long after.
We don’t take groups to places where buses go. Every location is personally selected — for its taste, character, and story.

Gastronomy is approximately 50 – 100€ per day. The first dinner in the garden is included in the price.

Why Madeira?
where clouds cling to the mountains and forests…

In these misty forests grow ancient laurel trees, covered in moss. Hundreds of flowers bloom — their scent so intense it makes your head spin. Cows graze, birds sing.
And along the green walls and the huge monstera leaves, dew slowly drips down — through hundreds of levadas that weave across the entire island.
